This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. First of all, the value for money was excellent. I couldn't believe how affordable it was to stay here, especially considering the great location right in the heart of the city center. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed having a balcony to relax on. Lastly, the staff were outstanding. Natalia and Jake were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I can't wait to visit this hotel again!

The bathrooms were kept clean and had great showers. , the location was amazing- super close to the train station and easy to get anywhere in the city.

There were mosquitos in the room and the air conditioning only worked for a limited time, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. the staff didn't seem very interested in the guests and some of the amenities, like the breakfast and availability of lockers, were lacking.

No lockers available for the first few nights and the bed mattress had a plastic cover that made it uncomfortable. the metal lockers were not working and the rooms were pretty compact.

This hotel in Palermo is fantastic! the location is unbeatable - just a stone's throw away from the central station and a short walk to the city center and the oldest market. Secondly, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. And to top it off, the rooms are spacious and bright, with some even offering a balcony for that extra touch of luxury. I had an amazing experience here and would highly recommend it.
